EDOAL makes software for companies that sell MEP equipment into construction projects — pumps, valves, HVAC, fans, pipes, fire-fighting. Three pieces of software on one platform: equipment selection (today: PumpChooser, for pumps), a CRM for project and tender sales, and tender information.

  1. 01Equipment selectionPumpChooser: pumps selected by flow and head.
  2. 02Project sales CRMProjects, packages, parties, quotes, orders.
  3. 03Tender informationProjects needing pumps and fire-fighting, updated by EDOAL.

§ 01How the three connect

One project, from the list to the order

Follow one project from the moment it appears to the moment a package becomes an order — and see which part of the work each piece of software does.

  1. 1 / 5Tender information

    A project appears

EDOAL collects and updates the projects that need pumps and fire-fighting equipment. Your team filters them by province, stage, category and a bid deadline within 7, 30 or 90 days; each shows the value of its pump and fire packages — a deadline 7 days away or less shows in red.

Followed per company: one person follows, the whole team sees it.

  2. 2 / 5Tender information → CRM

One click, and it is in the CRM

The project is split into tender packages by category — pump, valve, HVAC, fan, pipe, fire-fighting, other. Adding it to the CRM creates:

    • The projecta CRM project
    • The partiescustomers and contacts
    • The packagesopportunities at Lead
  3. 3 / 5CRM

    Every package through its stages

The pump package moves from Lead through Spec-in to Tender — every step forward has conditions. The owner, design consultant, contractor and supervising consultant are recorded with their decision role and attitude. When it is time to quote, each party gets its own, in versions; a discount above the threshold or a margin below it waits for approval.

    2. Spec-in20 %
    3. Tender40 %
    4. Quoted60 %
    5. Negotiation80 %
    6. Won100 %
  4. 4 / 5Selection · PumpChooser

The equipment is chosen from the manufacturer's curves

For the pump package, PumpChooser selects pumps by flow and head from the manufacturers' published curves. H, efficiency, P2 and NPSH on one flow axis, with the system curve, BEP and the POR/AOR; an A4 datasheet to preview, then download. With the equipment chosen, the quote goes out — PDF and Excel, e-mailed with its documents — and the package moves to Quoted.

The selector available today: PumpChooser, for pumps — it needs a signed-in account.

  5. 5 / 5CRM

    A win becomes an order

When the package is won, it becomes an order. Tasks, a calendar and live notifications keep the team in step; dashboards and reports show managers the whole pipeline.

§ 02Products

Three pieces of software, one platform

Use pump selection on its own, or switch on the CRM and tender information when the sales team needs them — the same account, the same company.

01

Equipment selection

Today: PumpChooser, for pumps

A technical selector for equipment. The platform is built so that selection sits beside the CRM and tender information; the selector available today is PumpChooser, for pumps.

  • Pumps selected by flow and head from the manufacturers' published curves
  • H, efficiency, P2, NPSH on one flow axis; system curve, BEP, POR/AOR, motor limit, ISO 9906 tolerance
  • Impeller trimming, other speeds, pumps in parallel or series, running costs
  • A4 datasheets to preview, then download, in Vietnamese or English
  • Projects, PDF and Excel quotes, e-mailed with attachments

§ 03Who it's for

For the people who sell equipment into buildings

Equipment reaches a building through many hands. EDOAL makes the software for the seller — and helps them keep track of every other party.

A

Dealers and distributors

Companies that sell pumps, valves, HVAC, fans, pipes and fire-fighting equipment into construction projects.

B

Project sales teams

Sales engineers who select equipment and quote; approvers who review the quotes past a threshold; managers who read the dashboards and reports.

C

The construction supply chain

Owner, design consultant, contractor, supervising consultant — the seller works with all of them. In the CRM each one is a customer with its own contacts.

  1. Ownerdecides
  2. Design consultantwrites the spec
  3. Contractorbuys the equipment
  4. Supervising consultantsupervises the works

Each party gets its own quote, in its own versions; the CRM records who decides and which way each party leans.

§ 04Plans

Ask for a quote
Shared by the whole company
Every account in the company shares the company's plan.
On when paid
A plan is switched on as soon as it is paid.
A lapse keeps the data
When a plan lapses the company drops back to Pump selection with its data kept; renew and everything is back as it was.

§ 05General notes

Principles

A quote with the wrong head is a pump station that does not run. Four principles the platform holds to, so the numbers on paper match the site.

  1. 1

    From the manufacturers' published data

Curves come from the manufacturers' published data. A curve that was computed (affinity laws) or interpolated is marked as such.

  2. 2

    ISO 9906 tolerance

The duty point is checked against the ISO 9906 tolerance. Pumps outside the allowable range (AOR) are dropped, those outside the preferred range (POR) are warned; the ranking is an overall score — head match, distance to BEP, efficiency, power, NPSH.

  3. 3

    Vietnamese and English

The interface in Vietnamese and English; A4 datasheets in Vietnamese or English.

  4. 4

Other dealers never see your data

Your company's customers, tender packages and quotes never show to another dealer.
